This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all services provided by Keys For You Locksmith.

Service-Based Business

Keys For You Locksmith provides mobile, on-site locksmith services. Due to the nature of the services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been performed.

Cancellation Policy

Customers may cancel a service appointment before the locksmith arrives at the location. Once the locksmith has arrived on-site, a service or trip fee may apply, even if the service is declined.

Non-Refundable Situations

• Completed locksmith services
• Customer refusal after arrival
• Incorrect information provided by the customer
• Issues caused by pre-existing damage or modifications

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in rare cases where no service was performed and payment was made in error. Any approved refund will be issued using the original payment method.

Pricing

Service prices may vary based on lock type, vehicle type, location, time, and complexity. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
